• Kazpost — 500 ₸, 1–5 business days.
• Air delivery — 3,000 ₸, 1–3 business days (priority).
• Taxi / Courier — 1,500 ₸, same-day delivery (Atyrau and nearby cities).

We ship worldwide via CDEK International and airmail.

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.
• Shipping costs are calculated individually — please enquire via WhatsApp before placing your order.
• Any customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
• We provide all required customs documentation.

Orders are processed on business days: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (UTC+5).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.

Average order preparation time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Every BAY item is carefully packed in branded packaging with a protective layer to prevent damage during transit.

Your tracking number is sent to WhatsApp once the parcel is handed to the courier.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, government actions, carrier disruptions). We will notify you promptly of any significant delay.
