Brand Story
From a bridal salon to her own fashion brand
Banu Gaidar's path in fashion began in 2012, when at 19 she opened the Erkesylkym bridal salon in Atyrau. Over time it grew into a chain of salons in Atyrau, Oral, Aktobe and Aktau that has dressed more than 100,000 brides.
In 2025 Banu founded BAY by Banu Gaidar, a brand of contemporary everyday wear and outerwear. Its design is built on koshkar-muiz, tumar, solar motifs and the image of the Kazakh yurt, and every model is made in a limited run.

Banu Gaidar is a Kazakh fashion designer and entrepreneur from Atyrau, founder of BAY by Banu Gaidar and Erkesylkym by Banu Gaidar. At BAY she develops the collections, selects the materials, creates the designs and organizes production herself.

We deliver across Kazakhstan and worldwide. International orders ship via CDEK International and airmail, with an estimated 7–21 business days.

Orders are sent via KazPost and courier services across Kazakhstan. In-city delivery can be arranged through Yandex Go and inDrive.

Before checkout, our team helps confirm sizing and order details in WhatsApp for a more confident purchase.
Order policy
A tracking number is sent after dispatch. If a piece does not fit, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
